We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package at any authorized postage location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
